Answer to GP Question: Here’s How Elias Is Trying To Sabotage the Maricopa County Election Audit It’s about time the Gateway Pundit is finally asking What Mark Elias and the corrupt Maricopa County Boards of Supervisors (MCBoS) are hiding from the voters of Maricopa County. Maybe they should have done a little research on this board to get their answers because, after all, we are the news now. I thought we knew their playbook? For those not up to speed, here’s the short answer. Mark Elias, and his high price lawyers, are working with the MCBoS to trick the AZ Senate into moving the audit out of the MCTEC so the audit cannot see how the machines interacted with the network in the MCTEC; which gives them cause to challenge the results after they come back. Then, they continue to stall long enough to
make sure all irregular ballots get destroyed so no other county has the chance to audit their results. It’s not rocket science. Here’s a slightly longer explanation, plus I’ve included recent posts on this board trying to draw attention to what is really going on with the Arizona audit. 1) The MCBoS denied the AZ State Senate access to the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC), supposedly “forcing” the AZ Senate to conduct the audit in a different location. Keep in mind, the MCTEC is where all the ballots were counted, signatures verified, and are currently being stored. It is also where the Dominion machines were used and being stored. So how do you do a forensic audit if if you’ve moved the machines out of the building into another building? Don’t you need the entire “network”, like what the Senate put in the subpoena? Ironically, the Senate could easily fix this by issuing another subpoena requiring the MCBoS to vacate the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) immediately to secure the evidence. Then, if they don’t comply, go back to the judge and ask they be held in contempt of court. The law is on their side. So why haven’t they done this? 2) They are also trying to stall the process because the Arizona Senate has failed to issue an injection against the destruction of all irregular ballots for all fifteen counties, per ARS 16-642 (B), which may take place as early as May 2, 2021. Arizona Election Audit Update: What Are Arizona Senators Hiding? ‘’’The Arizona Senate is caving to the corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors putting the entire Maricopa County Election audit at risk!’’’ LOCATION OF THE AUDIT MATTERS – The corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBoS) will not allow the Arizona Senate to audit the ballots at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC). The MCTEC is where all signatures are verified, early ballots are processed, and ballots are tabulated in Maricopa County. This is also where all the 2020 ballots are currently being stored. The Arizona Senate did not ask the audit to be conducted at the MCTEC in their subpoena. Instead, they asked the MCBoS later in a letter. MCBoS said no! They are complying to the subpoena as written. Ballots are to be delivered to the Arizona Senate. The Senate and the auditors requested the audit to be done at MCTEC in the first place because it is the most efficient and sensible way to perform a comprehensive forensic audit of everything related to the 2020 election. It is “the scene” in which everything needs to be examined in context. The whole building! Why are they now settling for a far inferior choice of moving? Damage in transit, out-of-calibration on sensitive equipment, loss of forensic data on equipment left behind that may have interacted electronically with the voting machines, etc.. ‘’’These potential problems will void any forensic audit work done to the equipment even before the audit starts.’’’ The Senate can easily obtain access and control over MCTEC simply by issuing a new subpoena requiring the MCBoS to vacate and turn the entire building and all electronic access over to the Senate for a comprehensive review and audit of the 2020 election. Does the Senate have the authority over MCTEC and MCBos? Judge Thomason already recognized their subpoena power, and “broad constitutional power to oversee elections.” So, why is the Arizona Senate hesitant? Why are they hiding behind a belligerent and corrupt MCBoS who sought to obstruct a transparent audit by wasting money on two sham audits done by two auditors friendly to the voting machine manufacturer? Arizona Senate Is Violating Their Own Election Audit Subpoena If crimes were committed in the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) during the 2020 Arizona General Election, why would you move the crime scene to a different location to conduct your investigation? The answer is, you wouldn’t. But the Arizona State Senate would. Instead of holding their ground against the corrupt Maricopa Board of Supervisors (MCBoS) and filing another subpoena forcing them to vacate the MCTEC immediately, the Arizona Senate has decided to go-along-to-get-along and find another location to hold the forensic audit. This defies all logic. It also defies one of their own demands listed in the Forensic Audit Subpoena issued by the Senate Judiciary Committee on December 15, 2020, which states, “For the November 2020 general election in Maricopa County, Arizona, access to the following equipment or material for forensic analysis; (13) Access or control of ALL routers, tabulators or combinations thereof (some routers are inside the tabulator case) in order to garner the system logs. At the same time, the public IP of the router should be obtained.” Maybe they have forgotten, but the Senate and the auditors requested the audit to be done at MCTEC in the first place because it is the most efficient and sensible way to perform a comprehensive forensic audit of everything related to the 2020 election.
